Customer Service

A dynamic customer engagement and customer care experience designed (with you) to improve processes and overall customer service excellence providing an interactive 1 to 3-day training to drive brand awareness, improve customer retention, increase customer base, and just for sharing general customer-friendly basics. This training is GREAT for daycare and child care centers, resource parent trainings, and public-facing volunteers and staff (e.g. food service, ministry greeters, cashiers).
